A test, working directly with a certified examiner, should cost between £399 and £499. The price should be an all inclusive, fixed cost; there should be no additional fees. Referral Agencies will cost more, as they work as a middleman and charge a referral fee. Always ask the name of the examiner and speak to them prior to the test, if the name cant be given walk away as something is wrong. We like to speak to all clients where possible before taking a booking.

We take a non refundable deposit on booking and the remainder on the day and can accept credit cards.
We offer substantial discounts for multiple tests on the same day and can provide multiple examiners if required to cover the work in a day and get the results to you quickly. In some cases it is advantageous to test all suspects on the same day and get the result quickly. With each test taking around two hours having multiple examiners is really a requirement.

There is a big difference in charges, we have had clients come to us with quotes for £1000 and then had other clients tell us they have been quoted £185.
The real cost of a lie detector test in the UK is between £399 and £499, anymore or any less something is wrong and you need to investigate why. Why is a polygraph test so expensive?
There are many factors however, the costs to become a qualified polygraph examiner are expensive and the time and effort required are great, including ongoing training requirements. Then you have the cost of the equipment, which again is expensive and must be kept up to date. A good example here is does the examiner use a Plesmograph (PLE) sensor on your index finger to measure blood flow? This is the second most active channel we score and some examiners have not had the training or purchased the equipment yet. We charge £399 all-inclusive at our own head office in Maidstone for a single-issue polygraph test. We appreciate you may not be local to our head office so we offer full UK wide coverage and charge £499 to come to you or hire an office close to you, there are no extra costs involved whatsoever all of our pricing is quoted prior to anyone booking and is transparent. When booking we do take a deposit of £150, this guarantees your date and time and is usually non-refundable in the case of a cancellation.
Payment Plans
We have been asked a lot do we have a payment plan so the client can spread the cost of the lie detector test, and the answer is yes we do. We do require full payment though before running a lie detector test, imagine if the result isn’t what the clients wants, we may never get paid!
When setting up a payment plan for a client we give them our bank details and a unique reference so that any money paid to us can be tracked. Alternatively, we can send a weekly payment request and a link so they make payments. When the balance is close to being paid, we setup a mutually agreeable time for the lie detector test.
We also take payment on card should you wish to use a credit card to make payment and spread the cost this way instead of using our payment plan.
